public static class Tlc39TLC39 (Telecommunications Industry Bar Code, ANSI/TIA-1069 as implemented by ZPL ^BT): a Code 39 symbol carrying the 6-digit ECI number with an optional linked MicroPDF417 (serial number and additional data) placed above it, left aligned. Data: "ECI" or "ECI,linked data" (same field data as ZPL ^BT).
