public enum RfidLockStateLock state of a password or memory bank (Gen2 Lock command, ^RLM / ^RZ).
Values

Unlocked | 0 | Writable (passwords readable) in the open and secured state. |
Locked | 1 | Writable (passwords readable) only in the secured state, i.e. with the right access password. |
PermaUnlocked | 2 | Permanently unlocked: always writable, can never be locked. |
PermaLocked | 3 | Permanently locked: never writable (passwords never readable). |
