public static class MaskCounterMask counters such as "AA-0000" or "####-??": #/0 digit, A letter A–Z, a letter a–z, ? alphanumeric 0–9A–Z, everything else literal. The counting positions form one mixed-radix number, so increments carry across letter/digit positions and wrap around.
